I have been researching and reading on this 24-hour routine a lot, and after reading the views of so many people I believe it actually helped so many of them to genuinely achieve what they have always been dreaming about.
The routine says, 7-10 focus on your goal and achieve it like a pro! This plan makes your day a lot more organized and focused, which automatically helps you achieve your target smoothly.
7 a.m. It;s time to visualize. Vision is just like fetus, which grows into a goal. As soon as you wake-up, take some time to visualize all of your day's events and activities, each unfolding in a positive way.
7.30 a.m. Practicing Affirmations. Choose simple yet positive, " I am going to stay happy for the entire day" This will lend a lot of positive vibrations to the start of your day.
8 a.m. Discuss All Your Plans, it is that time of the day where before starting you actually talk about each and every goal with conviction to make it happen. Make sure you speak clearly, because the clearer you'll talk about your goal, the more closer you are to achieve it.
8.30 a.m. It's time to do Random acts of Kindness, which you can do in a million ways. Trust me, you'll feel so relieved after doing something like, holding a door open for anyone, or maybe just giving your seat to someone who needs it more, or just pass a smile to a stranger whom you think is not feeling that great, these small gestures will help you lead a very positive day. And positive vibrations lead you to your goals.
9 a.m. Spread Positivity. Whenever yo reach at work, just make sure you have to be positive about your day and shall convey the same energy to everyone around you too.Talk about the most wonderful things happening around, and trust me you'll have a wonderful day even after going through a lot of stress or over-work.
12 p.m. Be Kind to Yourself, well this is the most important hour I would say, because if you are not kind enough to be generous to yourself then how will you be able to forgive yourself? In order to maintain your good mood and keep yourself feeling energetic, try to spend your lunch hour being as kind to yourself as possible. Eat a nutritional, filling meal containing plenty of fresh produce, engage in stimulating conversation with others, and consider taking even just five or ten minutes to yourself to enter a creative visualization and renew your focus on your goals.
1 3 p.m. Continue to spread Positive Vibes, Everyday after lunch hour we witness a major dip in the energy of the employees, so this is your time to cheer them up and bring some energy on the floor. Compliment them, encourage them by showing their positives and inspire them with new ideas on the projects.
18 p.m. Reflect on your progress, While enjoying your dinner with loved ones, start discussing the details of your day. From breakfast to lunch to that late meeting you has to stay back for, make sure to talk more about your day positively. Also, state your intentions for the coming evening.
21 p.m. Meditate, before slipping in your bed lend some peace to your mind, body and soul. Meditation is the key to positive vibrations, which will help you achieve your goal.
22 p.m. Write in a Gratitude Journal, this helps you pen down your positivity and be ready to experience the better days of your life. Documenting positivy is the best way to lead towards law of attraction.
