We usually get caught up with our daily routine and forget to have fun. If you'll add fun in your life, you'll turn out to be a better person in every way.
Here are some unique ways to add fun into your life:
1) Daydream - It might have a bad reputation, but it can help you realize where your heart is. Take a few minutes a day to sit, be quiet and let your mind wander. Daydream about the kind of life you would like to live. Anything is possible in the dreams, so don't hold yourself back. Just pay attention and don't judge your thoughts. You can write what you come up with on a piece of paper.
2) Create a vision board - Take a poster board, grab some old newspapers/magazines, scissors and glue. Cut out pictures and phrases that make you feel excited and happy. You can also search online for specific things you want to attract in your life and take the printouts. Paste these on your vision board. Keep your vision board where you can see it often.
3) Be grateful - People who count things for what they are grateful for rather than complain about their troubles, have more fun in their lives. You can start a gratitude journal and whenever you are not feeling so good, take a look at it.
