I believe you don't feel motivated towards your target. And the reason behind it could be lack of energy. It's like your mind needs you to be regular but your body is too lethargic. Sometimes our mind and body do not co-ordinate, which results in lack of motivation. For example: In winters we take most leaves from office, school and college. It's not that we don't wish to work, it's just that our body is too lazy to respond.
