Here is what you can do step-by-step if you want to improve your situation with LOA. If you follow it for a week exactly as I say, you'll see tremendous improvements.
Step-1: Make a list of all the thoughts/issues which are troubling you.
Step-2: For every item in the above list, write a counter positive affirmation, which you can believe to be true.
For example, if you think your husband doesn't understand you, your affirmation can be: "My husband loves me a lot and understands me usually/sometimes. If I show him more love and we both talk peacefully, he'll understand me a lot better."
Other affirmations for you can be:
"Wherever my mom is, she is at peace."
"I have (insert name of your friends, family members and husband) with me."
"I am the master of my life and I take full responsibility of my life."
Step-3: After writing these affirmations, read them every now and then. I recommend atleast once an hour. Set a timer in your watch (or whatever), but you have to be in the constant zone of above affirmations.
Step-4: It is the most important step. While reading these affirmations, FEEL AND BELIEVE EVERY AFFIRMATION TO BE 100% TRUE.
Merely reading the affirmations won't help. YOU HAVE TO FEEL AND BELIEVE.
Step-5: See the magic of LOA in less than a week. Guaranteed!
Just give the above method a try for a week.
* Whenever your mind starts thinking negatively, catch yourself and think about what gives you happiness.
* Always remember your mind is NOT you. It can cook up stories and play with you if you let it. Don't take your mind seriously. You are above your mind, who can guide it in a better direction.
